Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request a cancellation of services under the following conditions:

• If work has not commenced, a full refund will be issued.
• If work is in progress, a partial refund may be granted based on the level of completion.
• Completed projects are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be processed under the following conditions:

• If the project does not meet agreed-upon specifications, a partial refund may be granted.
• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to changes in client requirements after the project has started.
• All refund requests must be made in writing within 15 days of service delivery.

3. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the approval date. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
